Whether you’re seeking an emotional release, joy, or simply a deeper connection to yourself, these workshops offer a path to uncover the inner bliss that resides within us all.

As a Certified Somatic Therapy Practitioner, Dynamic Meditation Coach, and Reiki Energy Healer I create a unique movement experience that is so much more than dance. What makes an Ecstatic Dance special is the CONTAINER. I help create a container (intentional space) for people to feel comfortable to open to deeper levels of themselves. I am based in Sayulita, Mexico where I work with talented local DJs and I can travel to different event locations across the US, Mexico, and globally.

Background
My journey with Ecstatic Dance began under the stars in Goa, India, during a pivotal moment in my life. I was on a deep personal journey, with emotional wounds still fresh and raw. On Valentine's Day, I found myself barefoot, surrounded by a group of strangers, beneath the sprawling ethereal looking branches of a Banyan tree.
Up until that night, I had only ever allowed myself this kind of physical freedom when I was under the influence of something external—alcohol, or drugs—but Ecstatic Dance was different. It was a substance-free, phone-free experience that connected me to a higher state of being. As I danced, I felt my higher self merging with my body, and for the first time, I experienced what it was like to live fully in the present, unbound by fear or inhibition.
How To Work With Me
As a Certified Somatic Therapy Practitioner, Dynamic Meditation Coach, and Reiki Energy Healer I create a unique experience that is so much more than just a dance. What makes an Ecstatic Dance special is the CONTAINER. Creating a container (intentional space) for people to feel comfortable enough to open to deeper levels of themselves is the most important aspect of these events.
I work as a guide to help hold the space that’s required from the beginning meditation, free flow dance, to the closing ceremony. I am based in Sayulita, Mexico where I work with talented local DJs and I am always happy travel to different event locations across the US, Mexico, and globally.
